The butcher's shop round the corner - I'm lucky enough to have a rather good one nearby.

Among other things, they tend to get venison, rare breed pork, pigeons, pheasants, partridges, duck eggs, goose eggs, wild rabbit... you get the idea. :)

I have a great butcher 10 mins away, too but he sadly doesn't do much wild stuff. His beef, pork, lamb and chicken are to die for, though. Awesome and award-winning sausages and bacon, too. His co-butcher is actually a trained chef who makes great prepared things (stuffed chicken thighs, various marinaded steaks and the like).
