Date: 2011-02-17 09:57 pm (UTC)I have a great butcher 10 mins away, too but he sadly doesn't do much wild stuff. His beef, pork, lamb and chicken are to die for, though. Awesome and award-winning sausages and bacon, too. His co-butcher is actually a trained chef who makes great prepared things (stuffed chicken thighs, various marinaded steaks and the like).
