Black and chrome, the chrome actually *glows* (you have to see it really), small, swivels rather than folds, reasonable camera, Bluetooth headset comes with it. And it seems to be a decent phone too -- user interface is simple, nice big display, good predictive text.
Free on most of the contract options from Orange.
