Friend #2- "....er, no, I'm on his friends list but it must have been filtered..."
Friend #1 - "er...ooops. Forget I said anything..."
IMO, it's always a good idea to mention that "this post is filtered" - listing exactly who it's filtered to may or may not be overkill. Your call.
But either is likely to help avoid the awkward situation where people on your friends list assume other people on your friends list saw the same posts they did...
[This is a general observation, and not intended to provoke paranoia from anyone who's friended me. Just in case you were wondering :-) ]
