The Name of the Doctor

Spoilers! And a couple of random thoughts about continuity...

So, River must have been to Trenzalore before 'Silence in the Library'. The Doctor was there when she died - and vice versa? I wonder if we'll ever hear that story, or revisit Trenzalore in some other way?

"The [oncoming?] Storm, The Beast, The Valeyard". One of those is new, I think?

Using the reset button from a previous episode to obscure Chekhov's Gun? Still don't much like the episode in question, but...

No wonder the TARDIS didn't want to go to Trenzalore. It wasn't just the Doctor who died there, after all.

The Doctor made the promise and chose the name before leaving Gallifrey. And it seems he was already William Hartnell's age when he left - and accompanied by just one person (Susan? Although it wasn't clear on screen).

And presumably it wasn't Paul McGann's Doctor who fought the Time War, hmm?
