The storm has just arrived.

One of those perfect moments - the rain started hammering down and the very first crash of thunder seemed to set off one or two car alarms further down the street.

That's proper weather, that is.

And the temperature has dropped about 5 degrees. Which is awesome.

So, in other words I'm going to be driving home in thunderstorms?

You could leave the car and walk. I have whisky.

Oh bugger, can you hang onto it up there until I've gone home?

I'm quite happy to keep it here for a while.

Having just had the garden levelled, I'm a little concerned that the bare earth will turn into a spaghetti western set if I don't get a bit more water dropped on it...

The original plan was to turf it, but it's simply too hot to do that right now. :-/

Yay! I know I sound like a proper British whinger, but it was getting too hot!
