Definitely. Good build up last week, good ending this week.

My only concern is that is 'Doctor's wife' bit is a hostage to fortunate and they wont play it right in the future. But that remains to be seen.

Things bode well for the future if this guy is to be in charge.

Yes, this is a step in the right direction. I mean there are still things one could comment on but it is preferable to the style of RTD's overt didactism RTD brings.
