Every now and then, I manage to spoiler myself for something I'm really enjoying. Heroes, for example. Or Battlestar Galactica. And a whole range of comics...

Unfortunately, I just read one too many spoilers about season three of Deadwood. I'd seen a few already, but they hadn't really disrupted my enjoyment of the show. At least not noticeably.

This time, my reaction was more along the lines of "But... but... NO. The plot cannot do that. That's not how it works. It is Wrong".

Please don't take that as a criticism of Deadwood, by the way. It's never exactly been predictable. And now I've settled down a bit, I'm fairly sure I'm going to enjoy it when I get there. It's just that...

On the BSG front I stupidly discovered Things I'm Not Supposed To Know Yet about the Cylons. Doh. :o.

I think I've already heard them, actually. Mr Ellis posted something about BSG shark-jumping and I may have followed too many links...

Strangely, I'm less worried about them. They just make me go "hmm...", whereas the Deadwood one seems to break the rules, somehow.
