Ach... I spent half an hour on the phone today 'sorting out' my broken Orange Broadband. I had to speak to about half a dozen different people, none of whom could speak English very well and none of whom seemed to be able to spell 'Meryl', even when I spelled it out very slowly and clearly for them. Grrr!
