Drafting a law purely to deal with one person who's embarrassing you.... that's a little bit pathetic.

But drafting a law purely to deal with one person who's embarrassing you - and then having the court tell you it's rubbish - that's priceless. And it's gone some way towards restoring my faith in British justice.

Of course they'll get it right on the next drafting, then it will become a criminal offense to embarass the government. Even if they're being fuckwits.

The first person to prosecute would be themselves, pretty much instantly, as a punishment for trying to pass an anti-embarrassment law in the first place.

It is very amusing. Whatever one thinks of the situation in Iraq, I think the ability to protest like this is important.

I just love our little protester, he is part of London.

Blair should learn that his veiled threatening comments aimed at Judges will do him no good.
