I've just watched Get Carter again. It's still good. And bleak. Mustn't forget the bleak bit.
I've also just watched the "international trailer" for Get Carter, for the very first time. It's excruciating. The voiceover itself is bad, but as if that weren't enough you also get to see pretty much all of the various killings - all the way up to a minute or so before the end. Which pretty much removes the "whodunnit" element from it.
Still, not a bad way to finish Christmas Day, I guess. :)
