I see reports like this and I worry.

Yes, I know it's not my country. But my country's currently being led by a bunch of morally flexible invertebrates who seem only too happy to follow wherever America leads (yes, we're hoping to get rid of them too... but that might take a little bit longer). And I think Kerry is likely to lead them - and the rest of us - in a much better direction than Bush.

Edit: even Republican Senator (and Vietnam veteran) John McCain is saying this is rubbish. But that's likely to get a lot less publicity than the initial mudslinging, isn't it?

McCain looked pretty angry that Bush would do something that stupid and was quick to vouch for Kerry. And, well, if Bush is pissing off McCain, Kerry will probably get a bunch of Republicans jumping ship and joining his side. If that happens, Kerry will have an easy victory.
