We're watching the top 50 pop stars thing on TV at the moment. They just profiled the Police and someone admitted that she preferred the Machinehead cover of a certain Police song to the original...

I do like the Machinehead version, but they do miss out an entire verse, and a fairly pivotal one, at that.
