"The rules which require immigration officials to consider asylum applications by suspected terrorists is to be scrapped" - from This Is London, here.

So just how much evidence will they need to class someone as a "suspected" terrorist and turn them away? And will this mean that people who've been involved with "terrorist"/"resistance" groups, such as the people fighting (or just speaking out against?) the Russians in Chechnya can now be refused entry?
