Lunch in Browns while the Godiva Carnival got underway. Bagpipes, dhols and people trying to pinch our seats (plus another opportunity to confuse poor![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
pope_ant). It's all a little surreal, even if I should be used to it after this many years in Coventry...
This was followed by a relatively brief trip to the Godival Festival withkeris, colfish and blooddoll3. Mostly, we got rained on. But there were apple whips and pies (as well as Rob handing out flyers...), so it wasn't such a bad way to spend an hour or two.
Then back tokeris and davefish's place for Doctor Who. Which was... not nearly as bad as I expected from RTD. Probably the best two-parter he's written for the series. I'll let you decide whether or not this is damning with faint praise. :)
