Of course not. Most of my black clothing is still in the laundry bin, there's a mountain of junk obscuring the floor of my room and I'm still not quite sure what I'm wearing to WGW.
Red frilly shirt one night, I think. The leatheralike top with buckle-up front another night. T-shirts for daytime wear. And beyond that, it depends what I buy at the bazaar...
The straitjacket's staying in Coventry this time, I think. It's probably safer that way.
STILL in the laundry basket!!!....I mean its not like Whitby sneaks up on you.....:)...well at least its a nice day for getting your washing out on the line....:)..Im almost glad Im in work...:)
I see...next time I think I might hire myself to unorganised Whitby travelers.... I could organise wardrobes..do washing... pack....I mean how useful would that be...
There will be much bouncing and drinking of beer. There will be fine bands, and random conversations with people we've never met before. Ther will be 2 bags of grass, 25 pellets of mescaline, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, 5 sheets of high power blotter acid, also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a cse of beer, a pint of raw ether, and 2 dozen amyls...
Sorry. Shouldn't fall asleep with my headphones on and 'Fun With Drugs' on repeat.
I can understand that. What with beer being an essential part of WGW it would be a Very Bad Thing(tm) if you couldn't drink. Personally I recomend Green Chartreuse as a good cough medicine. :-)
Which reminds me - must visit Alexander Wines when I'm in Earlsdon this afternoon. And must stop via Inspire for lunch on the way, too. And must leave... er... about now. :)
I still have a bottle of Laphroaig and an 18yr old malt I can't remember the name of. Oh, and half a bottle of green. I think they will all be making their way to Whitby.
Or you could just get one of those tesco own brand bottles of gin. The scary ones with a plain white label with 'GIN' emblazoned acros it in big black letters.
Actually, I have a sweet recipe for an absinthe/chartreuse cocktail. I think it would be nice with a little Benedictine in as well...
That just gives me images of louche persons in cassocks wandering up to random goths and muttering 'Have you got a little Benedictine in you? Would you like one?'

I'm on antibiotics, so will probably not be partaking of either, though the leaflet doesn't actually say don't drink... but it's folk wisdom, innit?
