Just in case anyone was wondering. Not that it actually seems to be good for much this morning, anyway.

On the plus side, I'm physically much better. And scrambled egg with sliced green peppers, chorizo and kabanos is definitely the way to start the day. Especially when accompanied by a decent cup of black coffee.

I'm usually awful at breakfast - I either oversleep or just snooze until the last minute, then dash out of the house in a panic. Just for a change, I thought I'd be different today. :)

Yes I dashed out with out any this morning....I was expecting the Cov road to be busy....have been in work since 7.30am...*yawn*
