Mostly, the post was because the ticket-distribution and theatre arrangements were much less chaotic/stressful than the last trip I organised (LLL).
This may be because I took root in a cocktail bar and handed out tickets to people when they arrived.
Even so, we had one missing phone number, one missing ticket, one incorrectly reprinted replacement for the missing ticket and, apparently, one restaurant that failed to serve food until the performance was due to start... and it still worked out.
We were sitting in various different places, but I think I saw all 24 of the attendees, if only briefly in some cases.
Due to the way that travel arrangements worked out, Elaine was able to offer a lift back to Coventry, too - so I got to sleep in my own bed and do stuff this morning. Unexpected but very useful.
Thanks ever so much for organising it! Sorry we disappeared at the end - I had very little functioning time left, and Jason wasn't 100% where to get off the bus on his own, so I had to get us back to Crouch End before I became a gibbering wreck.
