I appear to be able to kill horseradish. Or at least make it severely unwell. Given that it's supposed to be "invasive" and almost impossible to eradicate, that's not bad going.

Unfortunately, I was trying to keep it alive. Ah well.

I suspect the problem is all this unseasonal rain - it hadn't been repotted since it arrived and it looked a bit waterlogged. It's now been moved to a bigger pot, packed with different compost. Hopefully, it'll recover.

Nice super power.

I don't like horseradish. Perhaps I can hire you and send you walking about the planting fields. The resulting crash in horseradish stocks might just prevent some idiot from putting it on my roast beef sandwich instead of the mayo I asked for.

I'll have my people call your people.

I sympathise. Aside from anything else, that leaves less horseradish for my roast beef - and the same idiot's quite likely to give me your mayo...

I'd rather have the power to kill some other form of life on contact, though. Mosquitos, maybe.

All of the pots that I have that don't have decent drainage end up getting tipped onto their sides when the rain's really heavy. It's saved a few things. Just wait until the rain stops, or else you'll get all the soil washed out.
