3) Winston Churchill, or possibly Lucy Liu.

1. A lightsabre or a nice sharp katana (for "removing the head or destroying the brain")
2. Either something upbeat and poppy like Enola Gay by OMD or He's on the Phone by St Etienne, or something calming and sedate like Tallis' Spem in Alium or
3. The Doctor, or possibly Cousin Justine of Faction Paradox.

Hmm. Actually, if I can get away with fictional characters for that...

The Doctor would indeed be an awfully good choice. Or Benedict, from Zelazny's Amber... different styles, but the end result is likely to be much the same. :-)
