Neil Gaiman as script writer. Wouldn't have been my first choice, but I think he will make a damn good job of it.
Personally, I would have cast Christopher Walker as Grendel, but that's just me.

As it's motion capture CG, it dawned on me this morning that it was someone's job to watch footage of Angelina Jolie in slow-motion, noticing every detail.
