Double glazing, day two..er...one

So. This is going well...

• Yesterday they didn't turn up to start the job. Their head office was very apologetic about this.
• Today they turned up, put the french doors in, broke their drillbit and a pane of glass, then went home at lunchtime as the nearest spares were in Loughborough...

So. This was supposed to be a two day job. And after two days they've almost finished one of the six windows & doors involved...

Now thats what I call a pathetic attempt at work.....report them to the head office I bet their timesheets dont show how much slacking the did....

That is rather rubbish... For me, they cancelled a couple of days before coming (there had been a big problem at the previous job) and were saying it would be another 6 weeks to wait. This was when I had the screwed together door frame and had recently had the shed broken into... But the head office was very useful and sent someone else round about a week later. He was very late, and took most of the day, rather than just the morning, but that was mainly as it was an awkward fitting on the balcony...

I hope head office are sorting this for you!!!
