Heresy. Good. Rome Burns kicked a certain amount of arse. Wasn't really in the mood to stay and dance afterwards, though, so chatted to folk and then caught a lift home from chimera_s.

Was pleasantly surprised to see Cabbage (yes, that Cabbage) and sweethippygurl there.

Btw, feel free to come to kiddie's (apparently, tho there will be no kids in sight apart from drunken students/exstudents!) party at ground floor flat, 119 broomfield road, earlsdon, on wed, starting from bout 7pm. Jus knock on the window, and lo, ye shall receive trifle! :-) We'll go to the pub after, not sure yet if Midian or the Malt Shovel, i guess have to see how people feel ;-)

Pretty good, from the sound of it. In Birmingham, back in a "respectable" (in his words) job after a spell being self-employed, and still resisting the evil wiles of LJ...

I had no idea there were so many cabbage fans out there!

If you are interested, the way to drag him out of hibernation is to play an email-based game of Diplomacy with him and persuade him that if he doesn’t appear at the odd Rome Burns gig, your Russian troops will make an all-out attack on his German ones.

I find bullying and harassment are always the best ways to keep in touch with friends!
