I don't have a politics filter.

I do have friends groups for some other topics, and I try to filter posts that won't be of general interest - Coventry pubstuff, RPG stuff and occasionally goth or BiCon stuff.

But if I'm ranting about politics then it tends to be a public post. Even the (very) few that are friends only aren't custom - because, well, it's politics. It tends to affect everyone.

If you disagree with my opinion, feel free to post and tell me so. If you don't want to read it, just skip to the next post on your friends page.

Texas woman faces obscenity charges - for selling vibrators

Or, more accurately, for selling vibrators and admitting (to two undercover police officers) that they're vibrators. As the article points out, it's perfectly legal to sell them in Texas... just as long as you claim they're novelties and avoid mentioning their sexual uses.

Maximum sentence, if she's found guilty, is a year in prison.
Sounds like a news story you'd expect from Iran, not America... and do the Texas police really have nothing better to do with their time?
