Gotham...

...was a bit farcical. Technical problems (and, from the sound of it, venue incompetence on a scale that beggars belief...) meant it was running late, that sound checks didn't quite happen and that some sets were trimmed to almost nothing.

Despite this, there were a few really good performances in there. And the Damned kicked arse.

Whee!

Despite the fact that it's mid-May, it's hailing outside. Really hailing - not just rattling very loudly off the roof and windows, but coming down hard enough to set off car alarms all down the street.

I imagine that, by now, most people have seen the "debunking" of the Jessica Lynch rescue - the BBC and Guardian carried it, and I'm sure some other (non-UK?) media sources did, too.
