Well worth reading in full. Much as I'd like to think that someone, somewhere is giving Powell, Bush and Rumsfeld the same kind of grilling, I doubt it. Although I'd be happy to be corrected.

Pundits and officials in Washington have dubbed Secretary of State Colin Powell's attempt to make a case for war against Iraq in the United Nations Security Council an "Adlai Stevenson moment."

I couldn't disagree more.
So, who dares to contradict the White House on this? Well... actually, that'd be Adlai Stevenson III, who doesn't much like his father's name being dragged into GWB's drive for war. I can't see the White House being too pleased about that.
