Apr. 10th, 2002 10:55 pmWell, here we are again. Life's been busy. Friday was London again, Saturday to Tuesday were spent in Whitby (I got back just in time for Odie's birthday bash last night), and today's mostly been sleep. There's been a lot of thinking going on, too - it seems to have been a series of catalysts, not a clutter of displacement activity.
I'm still not sure how/if I'll cope with slowing down and settling into the "unemployed in Coventry" thing, though. So far I've avoided it by not actually being in Coventry much (which is nice, but which costs money - and I'm trying to be slightly sensible, for once). A better solution, of course, would be to avoid it by getting another job... :)
And it's weird to have a busy house again. More than that, it's weird to be sharing a house with a couple again - something which I wasn't actually planning on.
Time for a couple of quiet days now, I think. Finish writing up some stuff, tidy the house, do some shopping. Then attempt to be sociable, for a bit.
