Weird atmosphere...

Sitting here as the news comes in about New York. "Two planes had crashed into the New York World Trade Centre", they say.

Then someone phones up from the American office to say that another one's hit the Pentagon (allegedly).

Everyone in the office is watching the newspages in grim fascination, waiting and wondering what Bush will do once he decides which "rogue state" was behind it...
