August 17th, London. Passion Play, Descendants of Cain and (wait for it...) Belisha at the Camden Underworld. Or, alternatively, Sheep On Drugs at the Garage (I know a lot of people who are going to be tormented by that clash... I'm not one of them, I'll see SoD some other time).

I guess I'm definitely not doing BiCon, then.

Sorry. As you know, it wasn't looking too likely anyway - but as I've wanted to see Belisha for a while now, and it's Dave Exile's debut gig as a promoter, too (so I feel I ought to show up and be supportive. Especially as I've just been moping at him about the lack of good gigs in London)...

It looks like a decent line-up and I would really like to see Belisha live.

And, with Nemesis retired, it's good to see that someone besides Flag is trying to do something.

Oh, I understand completely... they're both fine bands and well worth seeing, but you've seen both of them before whereas Belisha turned up out of nowhere with a rather fine album and nobody seems to have seen them live yet...?

Well, that's how my brain's viewing it, anyway, and I suspect I'm not the only one *perk* :-)

Same here. Sluggy has a lot to (*poing*) answer for.

Hmm. Might try to get a small Cov.mob together for this one - it's right next to Camden Town tube station, it's a small and relatively nice venue, it's a cheap gig (£5 for advance tickets), it's a Dave gig and it'll almost certainly end early enough to get trains back to Cov. Oh, and that Gothwin bloke is DJing.

But... (*slap*)... no.. must... stop... herding... goths... I'd doomed. ;-)
