London's Metropolitan police force has been found guilty of endangering the public over the fatal shooting of a man officers mistook for a suicide bomber.

Carter USM tomorrow night. I still haven't quite recovered from Whitby, so it's anyone's guess how I'll cope with Carter's last hurrah - wouldn't miss it for the world, though.
