Well, that was fun. Not laugh-out-loud funny, for the most part, but it definitely made me smile. Ian McShane's rather good, too.

A little surprised that KFP was warmly accepted by some of the same sites that were criticising WALL-E, though.

The thing is, it's _not_ a 'comedy' film. It's acutally a fairly straight kung-fu film which happens to include some comedy moments, and is animated.

Which is nice.

That's a pretty good summary. I was initially expecting comedy, mind you.

I liked it a lot.
