If you disable comments on a journal/post, links to existing comments still work. Worth knowing. Although if you then try to follow them back to 'view all comments', LJ suddenly realises there shouldn't be comments after all.
*nods* Theres also a bug in the Calender view. It gives numbers of *all* posts a person made that day, private or not. Clicking on the number only lets you see the ones you have access to, but you can always find out the number of posts you don't have access to. Which is bizarre.
Yep. Have been aware of that one for several years - same thing applies to the 'Date Updated' on the full version of the user info page, which refers to the last post whether or not it's friends/filtered/private.
That one always makes me wonder whether people think I'm talking about them whenever I make a private post saying something like 'buy vacuum cleaner bags!'. Thankfully I don't think any of my friends are that paranoid. :)
Mine are usually reminders that someone's running a game. Or sometimes the household bills, filtered to whoever else is living here at the moment.

Eeek. Just realised that since I moved in here, I've only had one lodger without LJ. And that's probably only because there was no LJ at the time. Scared now.
