Spotted it in Ottakars, skimmed the first chapter and quite liked it. Music writing usually interests me, I have fond memories of Two Tone and the local aspect is also quite appealing - was especially amused to find that theHopeless WankerHope and Anchor was one of the essential Coventry venues at the time...

Good music writing interests me. Unfortunately most of it is badly researched crap. I'd have to have a browse of the book before I bought it. Sounds like an interesting subject though.
