And mrbear's plan to drive there and back tonight fell apart due to the pair of us drinking too much Belgian beer at our "post-WGW detox" lunch. Well, ok, actually it was mostly Texan beer in my case (Celis White, which is gorgeous), but you get the idea...

Inspire is a dangerous little place, with great food/beer/coffee - we need to drag more people there, and any old excuse will do... any volunteers? ;-)

It's also very unwise to go shopping after beer. I now own Battle of The Planets, Rentaghost and Monkey DVDs, which I'm sure I wouldn't have bought if I was sober. The Rentaghost DVD will become important later, mind you. Wait a few months and see..

Actually, I think aldric is perfectly suited to be Timothy Claypole... but yes, you're on the right track. The next Whitby has a costume parade with a "things that go bump in the night" theme, so...

I did suggest that he went as Claypole for the film/TV fancy dress. He was distinctly unimpressed with the suggestion...
