I still need to get round to watching all of Season 8 (I started, but missed a chunk). I have to admit that as someone else said, the earlier episodes are probably the best (although the recruitment process in season 4 was a lot of fun).

Three stories is probably one of the most stand-out episodes in the whole program and I think really helped House retain it's audience over the gap between series.
