Am I misinterpreting this, or is Donald Rumsfeld now quietly calling for the execution of the x-thousand foreign Taliban troops in Kunduz?

He's said that he wants none to escape, and they must all be killed or captured. He's also said that, alas, the resources needed to take prisoners just aren't available at the moment. The Northern Alliance certainly seem all in favour of a massacre...
